While my parents were visiting we took a tour of Soccer City, the stadium where the opening and closing games of the World Cup were held (among others). I’ve been meaning to share the photos because the place is so beautiful. At night it radiates light and seems to glow, but even during the day is a truly stunning place. Even for a soccer plebe like me, it seems a fitting home for the beautiful game.
